A unit of health care giant GlaxoSmithKline, SB Pharmaco, pleaded guilty to charges to selling "adulterated" drugs made at a plant in Puerto Rico that is currently shut down.
GlaxoSmithKline will pay a criminal fine of $150 million and for civil penalties $600 million to federal and state authorities.
