Lindsay Lohan has only two weeks remaining at the Betty Ford clinic and the starlet is facing some trouble once again.A female staffer at the treatment facility is accusing Lohan of attacking her; according to new reports, Lindsay flew off the handle when the staffer asked her to submit to a drug and alcohol test.
