A preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 4th for Dr. Conrad Murray to face his involuntary manslaughter charge for the death of Michael Jackson. According to the prosecution, Conrad's lawyers have prepared a defense claiming that Michael Jackson caused his own death.
Deputy District Attorney David Walgren told sources yesterday that he is sure that a suicide defense is the "direction" in which Conrad's lawyers are going.
The defense will basically point out that according to Murray, he administered only 25 milligrams of Propofol. As 150 milligrams was reportedly found in MJ's system, the defense's argument will be that Michael injected more of the drug after Conrad left the room.
