Shawn Chapman Holley, Lindsay Lohan's lawyer filed for an appeal and Judge Fox ruling was appealed by another judge. The agreement was a $300,000 bails bond being posted to get Ms. Lohan out of jail, and she has to wear a SCRAM bracelet on her ankle, and stay away from the alcohol!
