David Beckham plans on taking legal action against the gossip magazine In Touch Weekly, that claims Beckham cheated on Victoria with a prostitute Irma Nici at New York's Le Parker Meridien in 2007. David's legal team filed the lawsuit on Friday in Los Angeles. David's legal team is accusing the magazine of libel, slander, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
