Tish Cyrus Files for Divorce

Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus are headed for divorce. Billy Ray's wife, Tish Cyrus, is citing "irreconcilable differences" in her filing. Billy Ray and Tish have been married for 19 years and have 5 children, including, Miley.  There's one minor child left, Noah Cyrus, who is 13.  Tish is asking for full physical and legal custody, with visitation to Billy Ray. "This is a personal matter and we are doing what is in the best interest of our family," Cyrus said in a statement. "We ask that you respect our privacy at this time."
"This is a personal matter and we are working to find a resolution that is in the best interest of our family," Tish told E! in a statement akin to her husband's. "We ask that you respect our privacy at this time." The couple tied the knot back in 1993.

Jillian Barberie and Grant Reynolds Divorcing

The former Good Day L.A. host has announced that she and the Marine sniper turned actor have decided to call it quits after six years of marriage and two kids together. "This was a mutual decision that was not taken lightly, and we are committed to our children and will work together to ensure their happy and healthy upbringing," Jillian said in a statement. The couple married  in July 2006 and have a 5-year-old daughter, Ruby, and a 3-year-old son, Rocco.

Josh Brolin and Diane Lane are Divorcing

After eight years of marriage, Josh Brolin and Diane Lane are divorcing. "Diane Lane and Josh Brolin have decided to end their marriage," their reps confirmed in a statement to ABC News. This will be the second divorce for both actors. The couple married in 2004 and have no children together.
