After eight seasons, Supernatural is introducing a spinoff. The spinoff is currently being developed at the CW, executive producer Bob Singer revealed to reporters at San Diego Comic-Con 2013 on Sunday. The CW is planning to introduce the series as a backdoor pilot in episode 20 of Supernatural. The spinoff is not going to be centered on a character Supernatural fans know, but on a new character introduced in the episode, who will then anchor the new series, if the series is picked up. The series is said to have a more urban feel than Supernatural.

Supernatural Spinoff Being Developed
