Justin Hartley (Smallville, Emily Owens M.D.) has signed on to play the role of Patrick, the long-lost son of Victoria (Madeleine Stowe). Hartley is set to appear in a multi-episode arc and will be in the season three premiere this fall. Justin Hartley was a fan favorite on Smallville, playing Oliver Queen (Arrow) in the final seasons as a series regular. Hartley last appeared on television in the canceled series Emily Owens M.D. on the CW.
