Tammin Sursok is pregnant with her first child. "It is confirmed," a rep for the 29-year-old actress tells E! News. "Finally!" Tammin tweeted on Thursday, before assuring fans of the ABC Family series, "Don't worry. Still shooting #pll. I wouldn't let you down!" Sursok and her husband were married on August 24, 2011, in Florence, Italy.
