Once Upon a Time actress Lana Parrilla is engaged! Fred Di Blasio popped the question in Israel's Negev Desert on April 28. The couple went on a trip along with stars from fellow ABC hit Scandal as part of America's Voices in Israel, according to the Los Angeles Times. According to Times of Israel, Parrilla felt "so celebrated" by everyone who heard about her recent engagement, she's thinking about returning to Israel with Di Blasio every year to mark the occasion.
