Backstreet Boy Nick Carter is engaged to 29-year-old fitness expert Lauren Kitt. Carter proposed on a small island in the Florida Keys, People Magazine reports. The couple has been dating for four years. Nick reportedly proposed with a 7-carat diamond ring.
