Nicollette Sheridan Granted Retrial in Wrongful Termination Case

A judge has allowed Nicollette Sheridan a retrial after the previous one resulted in a hung jury. The judge has set the retrial date for September 10, but has strongly urged for Disney and Nicollette to settle the case.
